ok so i've done this a zillion times but it's only fair i do it again because i can't not follow the rules and thoes of you who read my journal have probably updated since my last post of this so...

FEATURES

1. I will add the first 20 people to comment on this journal to the Promotional List.

2. For each of those 20, I will put their avatar and three deviation thumbnails that I like from their gallery on the list.
